Rewards Program rules
Last update date: 2023-12-04These Rewards Program rules (the “Rules”) govern the Rewards Program (the “Program”) that is made available by us. These Rules are an additional part of the Terms of Service and represent the whole agreement and understanding between us and the individual who participates in the Program (“you”). Please read these Rules carefully, as they represent Program Rules between you and us. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all of these Rules.
1. Terms of participation in the Program
1.1 Any natural person can become a member of Program – a consumer who is registered on the Site.
1.2 By registering in the Program, you thereby give us consent to the processing of your personal data to conclude and execute contracts for the sale/provision of services, inform about goods, works, services, conduct surveys and research, to track your participation in the Program, including accounting for the accumulation and use of the points, to provide you with the most beneficial personalized offers from us or our partners and send you emails. 1.3 In case of providing false (inaccurate) information about oneself, as well as in case of untimely change of outdated information, you assume the risk of any negative consequences associated with the provision of incorrect information, up to the deduction of points or a ban on participation in the Program.
2. Accrual of Program points and discount coupon codes
2.1 We determine the accrual or write-off of the points and discount coupon codes at our sole discretion.
2.1.1 Program points and discount coupon codes can be awarded for the bought products or services and other tasks provided in the Program. Points are automatically credited to your Program Account after the online payment for the purchase or by doing other tasks, taking into account the receipt of Program points.
2.1.2 Program points and discount coupon codes can be accrued in the form of promotions and promotional campaigns. We determine the terms and conditions of the promotion and the categories of participants for which the promotion is carried out.
2.2 At our discretion, we may establish other grounds (cases) for the accrual or non-accrual of Program points and discount coupon codes, including for certain categories of participants.
2.3 Program points and discount coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.4 You, among other things, may not perform any of the following actions: give, sell or otherwise alienate Program points, or the right to receive them, to other participants or other third parties; transfer points or the rights to receive them as a pledge or otherwise impose encumbrances on them and/or rights to receive them.
2.5 In your Program Dashboard, you can see information about the number of Program points you have and the details of accruing and writing them off.
3. Validity of Program points and discount coupon codes
3.1 There is no validity period of the Program points for purchases or other tasks. Discount coupon codes have various validities. We have the right to change the validity period of the Program points and discount coupon codes by our decision at any time. To avoid claims, we recommend you keep track of your Program points balance, as well as the date of expiration not activated discount coupon codes.
4. Refund of products in which Program points and discount coupon codes took part
4.1 In the event of a refund of products or services partially or fully paid with Program points or discount coupon codes, they will not be returned to your Program Account or as discount coupon codes at the time of the refund.
5. Additional Rules
5.1 We may send you information about the Program, your Account, accumulated points, discount coupon codes, changes in the Rules of the Program, and other related information.
5.2 If you want to terminate your participation in the Program, contact us.
5.3 You may be blocked in the Program by our sole discretion if the Terms of Service or these Program Rules are in violation. Contact us if you do not agree with this decision. In this case, only we can restore your participation in the Program.
5.4 The validity period of the Program is not limited. We have the right to terminate the Program at any time.
5.5 We have the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Program at any time. The terms of the Program with changes are published in this document.
5.6 The document confirming our obligation to accrue Program points and discount coupon codes to your Account is in electronic form (the document confirming the purchase within the Program). All claims on the fact of accrual of the Program points and discount coupon codes are considered at our sole discretion according to our Terms of Service.
5.7 Program points and discount coupon codes can be written off at our initiative without prior notice to you if your Account was credited erroneously as a result of your or another person’s actions containing elements of bad faith or for other reasons determined by our decision.
5.8 We have the right to terminate your participation in the Program and block/cancel the Program Account without notice in cases where you:
*do not comply with these Rules, as well as the conditions of other promotions;
*have committed or intend to commit actions that have significant signs of fraud, deceit or other manipulations that have caused or may cause material or moral damage and other negative consequences;
*abuse any rights granted to you under the Program;
*did not fill in the required fields of the questionnaire/application or filled it out incorrectly which prevents you from confirming your identity;
*provided information (misinformation) that is misleading or does not correspond to reality;
*in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
