Return Policy

We can’t accept returns or exchanges since we make each product personalized according to your order and do not store them in a local warehouse. If your order has gone into production, we can’t cancel it either. Manufacturers will start to make your product as fast as possible and may not see our request to stop or change it.

Reprint and Refund Policy

Sometimes, things can go wrong with your order, even though we try our best. If there is a problem with the product or print quality, we will investigate the problem and find a solution.
Please, send us your Order ID and a clear photo with evidence of what’s wrong within 30 days after receipt of your order. Once we confirm your claim, we will gladly send you a new order reprint as soon as possible. Our priority is to correct any issues and send you a replacement. If we can’t do that, we will give you a refund. A refund will be made to the same account or (and) as points to your Rewards Program account for future purchases. If the refund will be made as the Rewards Program points, it will be according to the Rewards Program rules or our mutual agreement.

When we cover the costs of Reprint or Refund
We will send you the new product or refund if:
· Your product has a manufacturing problem.
· Your product gets broken or damaged on the way to you.
· Your product was lost in transit.
· You get a different product than what you ordered.

When we do not cover the costs of Reprint or Refund:
You are not satisfied with the product quality based on our manufacturing standards.
You choose an incorrect size when you place your order.
The order is still within the expected time frame for the production and delivery of the products.
You provided the wrong address for the recipient, and your order is lost.
You reject to receive the shipment during the delivery and the shipment is returned to the sender.
You are not able to receive the shipment, and the shipment is left at the local post office or carrier pick-up point and later returned to the sender.
You report the package as not received, but the tracking status indicates “Delivered”.
